It's easy, first make sure you have a "My AHL" account which will automatically set up your forum account. Next step is to go to www.youtube.com and find a video you like (no obscene materials, please respect others) and copy the address from the address bar. Once you have done this go to www.ahlpoker.com and select the "forums" link then choose videos. Choose what ever you would like as your titile and then in the text box do the following,

type [youtube ] paste the address you copied here [/youtube]

For the purpose of showing the example above I left spaces so as not to post the actual video. Be sure when you post not to leave any spaces in you line of code.

Make sure you do this properly on both sides of the address you paste and your all set. Type any other text you want to show up and submit. When the screen pops up your video will be ready to play. This is a fun little programming trick Polish taught me.
